Actually the second bit is about an Arabic-reading imam who wouldn't want to translate the Quran to English for a student because it's forbidden.

And it's racist to assume that all non-British imams will abide by that (widely contested) fatwa.

Why do people just debate about terrorism in this thread? There's also forced marriages, honour killings, discrimination and violence against Christians, Jews and apostates, parallel societies...

I get how it's prejudiced but how is it racist? Is the guy talking about white British imams being the preferred alternative? Sounds more like nationalism to me.

Nationalism/xenophobia and racism are twins. This instance seems pretty pointed at Arabs so ja I'm gonna go with racist as my final answer.
