Anyone here seen Four Lions?
Well you only have yourself to blame. I told you to put them in separate cages!

Shut up and go watch the movie, unless you want it to become the new Office Space around here.

It is pretty hilarious. Like the three stooges but they're terrorists.

Why not ask the opposite question if Islam itself is problematic why is it that 99% of Western Muslims are fairly secular?

Islam by itself pretty clearly does not make individuals violent
My question there would be Africa. I'm far from educated on the matter so it's a legit question, but both Islam and Christianity seem to be pretty hardline and violent in those parts, or at least in the parts that get press, and yet the muslims seem to get involved with terrorism while the Christians console themselves with just murdering gays in the streets.

That might be a complete misrepresentation, but it's the gist I get.

The culture one is raised in obviously influences religious practice and interpretation to a large extent. Muslims in the west are largely secular because most western countries are secular.
What I more wanted to get into, was what factors you think puts western muslims at risk of radicalization, and why do they not become conducive to violent extremism when applied to non-muslims?

Never tried to argue any such thing

No. When I said "violent extremism" I wasn't referring exclusively to islamic extremism.

It's certainly a travesty when it is slander and it's done to ruin the good reputation of someone who is not a bigot.

Yeah because having a tarnished reputation is just as horrible as being discriminated against.

Waaah my reputation is tarnished. What a privileged complaint.

Four Lions is freaking beyond hilarious. You simply must sit back and enjoy this movie. Classic.
