The British can live with this or become something they hate. To stop it they would have to be willing to take aggressive measures against Islam itself. Perhaps if successful that would be a Pyrrhic victory. Right now, unbelievably, the discussion remains at the point of is Islam even problematic. Same in America, we have a mass shooting every couple of months but we can't even get past wondering if we have too many guns. Climate change deniers. All these things are problems where we have to get from A to Z but we're debating whether or not there's an alphabet. So, uh, yeah, it's going to continue. It's going to get worse. Europe can become an extension of the Middle East.

Surely not a physical representation of one's religious beliefs forcibly displayed on one's clothing, a ethnic and religious enclave carved out of the most dilapidated parts of the city where all members of the group must live, and severe restrictions on immigration to the point where the targeted group is cut-off from the outside world.

Because that would make someone a Nazi, and they sure are adamant about not being called Nazis.

Terrorism sucks. Go after the individuals who perpetrated it. Go after the financiers and recruiters and smugglers and propagandists and safe-house keepers. But let's not open the aperture too wide.
