That might certainly be possible. I haven't heard anything about it, and maybe our inability to combine general relativity and quantum physics entirely gets in the way, but of course there is Hawking radiation which is a quantum effect by which matter escapes black holes. The constraints in relativity (like not getting out past event horizons) are generally based on causality. Quantum mechanics has several processes which seem to violate relativity, but actually don't because causality is not an issue: entanglement, Hawking radiation and maybe tunneling too.
