Take some time and really watch this. Saw it in real time today and it was equally hilarious, touching, personal, and incredibly moving. These guys truly are buds to the core. What happens at the 13:00 or so minute mark just slays.

If I wanted to watch a circle jerk I'd go to Pornhub.

I would've given it to Snowden then arrested him when he came to accept it because I'd be a tricky president like that. Good for Biden for his recognition going beyond memes though.

No. I'm just saying I don't believe Joe Biden would have been as unpopular or even unpopular to begin with as Hillary Clinton was. I've said it a few times, but the dems definitely deserved to lose this time. They didn't fight and they weren't smart.

A Biden/Trump smack talk debate would've ruled.

It would have certainly been a site to see. Biden being who he is would have gone in fighting. He's favorable among the dems and the republicans so I don't think he would've had trouble getting people to support him.

Has anyone actually watched the clip? Some pretty hilarious moments. A couple notable ones were when Obama made a point and ended with "This is a big deal". The room exploded with laughter at the nod to Biden being caught on mic whispering "This is a ****ing big deal" into Obama's ear when introducing him during a press conference.

And the first thing that Biden did when he got to the mic was to point directly at his chief of staff and say "You're fired!" Biden's staff knew about the surprise award obviously and it was a nice dig at Trump.

It was so cool seeing every single GOP leaning talking head last night on Fox and CNN gushing over Biden and how freaking cool that whole thing was. Even saw some eyes watering.

Biden has always been respected by the dems and republicans as far as I can tell. There's really never been anything bad to say about him. It's a pretty good indication of how Obama truly feels about Biden both professionally and personally. Going to miss both of them when they leave the White House.
