I'd say the Dems would like Pence a lot better than Trump at this point: at least he's got something resembling a track record in government and is possible to reason with.

...or we can just wait for The Rock.

Pence was actually a very successful govenor of Indiana. He also has a law degree. He's a religious ideologue, but he's also a pretty smart guy that's politically savvy from an economic standpoint.

Plus, he doesn't use twitter to slam his detractors.
