If Mike Pence was in the same situation, and the reporter acted in the same way, I highly doubt that he would let that guy jump in front of line (so to speak). If Pence chose another reporter to ask a question, and the guy went off like that, he would not yield to him. Sure he have to quell the raucous before proceeding, but just not in the same manner as Trump.
