Father Time is undefeated.

No matter how you plan to exercise, mediate, eat right, you're still going to get sick and die. Life is the process of dying.

And you are. Only a child would say that **** about he doesn't need his medicine. If you make it through without some kind of predictable hipster death, you'll see.
I doubt that I ever said he didn't need medicine. I simply listed the actual preventative practices associated with his meds, since he presented it as if the meds were a preventative treatment. I'm not sure if that equates to nonchalantly writing off his problems as you seem to be reading it but if that's the interpretation you're sticking to then feel free, oh wise one.

I don't like heroin use being described as an epidemic. That's bad PR for my business.

Dems are on the house floor this morning calling for an impeachment vote which is most likely to fail. Well a vote to start the proceedings which can still take months.

Re: Eating well and diet.

I'm 5'-9" and only weigh 150 pounds. I don't eat junk. Years back I cut way down on sugar, caffiene, salt, fats, etc. My BP and CL issues are mostly hereditary as stated earlier.

Trump's speech this morning:

I have hereditary high blood pressure too. Watching what you eat can help the issue quite a bit although it might not erase it. Especially watch out for foods with a lot of sodium.

15 years ago I was at 190 over 110. I immediately cut way back on salt and started experimenting with meds. Took a while to find the right combo with no side effects. Last checkup a fews weeks ago I was 137 over 79.

I really hope they don't let Spicey go. He's so cute when he gets all flustered.
