This is just my personal experience but I've seen way more people whining and complaining about Trump since the election than I have people bragging about or celebrating his victory. That could be in part due to the fact I have a lot of ****heads on my social media accounts though. Also worth considering that the majority of people my age are fairly hardcore leftists.

More people are bitching than gloating but there's still a lot of the latter.

Yeah, figures. One always leads to the other and people on one side are just as arrogant and annoying as those on the other. Whatta time to be alive.

Yup. It's great to see both sides blame elements of human nature that they see in the other side on political identity. RIP logic.

^ A pity they didn't read our "Trump 4 Prez" thread then; in that thread the "Both-are-bad-so-it-doesn't matter" argument was shown to be flawed/inappropriate in this case - by Chula, John Oliver, dj and others.

But of course reading that thread wouldn't help much; even MB, to their lasting shame, voted for Donald Trump. I thought collectively MB would've made a better choice.

Didn't other win the poll? I think we're a Stein/Johnson board here.

I'm seeing all sides of it, the whining/complaining and the gloating/celebrating.

The gloating/celebrating folks are going around telling the other group to calm down and that everything is going to be okay.

It's not really going to be okay. It's going to be okay for them because the guy the voted for hasn't said anything that they think will affect them.

On the other side of the coin, some of trump's radical supporters are going out of their way to ramp up their hatred with attacks. I know some of those so called attacks are fake but there are some authenthic ones going on.

The same can be said for the other side of the coin, there are some Hillary supporters that are being super violent and attacking Trump supporters.

I saw a fb comment that said "You voted Trump, get your head lumped". People are incredibly divided and violent at this moment.

These drunk white guys followed this lady onto the subway and said "Grab her by the pussy" attempting to sexually assault her in the process. That's the part of him winning that I was afraid of. All the crap that he says that his supporters right off as just talk. Is the same thing that is fueling others to ramp up their hate attacks. The same thing happened with Brexit.

What's gonna happen, DJ? Do you think he's going to pull off his plan? Do you know if he can even pull off his plan?

I wish everyone would stop being so hyperbolic. You thought that Obama was gridlocked? You aren't even ready for what's about to happen then. The Supreme Court sucks I'll agree on that.

I wonder what their split would be though.

Also Lisna, bad in different ways is really the main idea in pointing out that the lesser of two evils idea wasn't really applicable in this election. Plus, as much as I like John Oliver and DJ (f off Chula), both of them came from very biased perspectives in regards to Trump and didn't make a case for their candidate that well.

I would be interested to know. Part of me wants to think it would be all Johnson, but part of me also knows the Libertarian party could have done a lot better than Johnson.

I want to go to the alternate reality where Vermin Supreme won.
