Also, yeah I acknowledge that there are BS jobs, but if you can get 10% of the workforce to stay home and eat TV dinners, the working class will have more leverage. So at least it would pay better and be harder to fire people.

I bet somewhere sometime there was one of those word puzzles where the clue was ISM and the answer was capitalism

you really think that any amount of boredom would compel someone to punch a clock at some average job if they didn't need the money? Why wouldn't they just do something fun instead.

Also you never saw Chappelle show???? I mean roots...

I've watched retirement kill at least two of my family members. When you're not doing anything with your life, when you have no purpose, when no one expects you to show up somewhere, decline sets in. After a few months, it's like a gravitational pull.

You think if you won the lotto and quit your job at 30 you'd be dead in a year?
