Since evolution is definitely irrefutably true it's pretty hard to come up with a reason it could proven false within reasonable parameters.
It's like asking how could I prove that I'm ten feet tall.
By becoming ten feet tall and having myself measured?
What else can you say?
Evolution is the backbone of biology. Your question is on par with how could we prove that there's no life to study. And in fact, I think that would be an easier task.
