No worries. I made some changes here and there. Though, I will question your reasoning in bolded as the article was focused on pointing out obvious points given the nature of the images and article alike. I do tend to repeat myself, which is the unfortunate reality of needing a certain word count per image, but I'm working on it.

The entire paragraph about "Sailor Mouth" for instance. Not sure if obvious points is the right word but like it read off very poorly to me.

There is a provision on the books right now where if 2/3 of the states come together they can change major aspects of the government. Right now there are 34 states that have petitioned for it so it's possible that it could happen. There just needs to be more education to the people so that they actually know about it and putting it into practice.
