So Mr. Dagger had to contact our flat-earther neighbor three days ago about buying some hay, and the guy still hasn't responded, so my man was like, "Wuddid he fall off the face of the ****ing..."

I immediately thought of this thread.

if the earth was flat, wouldn't everything get sucked into a vacuum and annihilated the second anyone tried to dig a hole

Obviously they just did a circle around the disk and the coriolis force caused by the turtle swimming in circles made them feel like it was a spherical trip.
