She's so unpopular because ever since she lost the primary to Obama in 2012 the Republican party knew she'd be the top contender in 2016 so they've be doing everything to try and smear her in any way possible.

Seriously, 8 separate GOP led congressional committees headed by Daryl Issa trying every possible angle to nail her over Benghazi and then ended up with nothing? And now the FBI has found nothing criminal for the second time?

And Trump has been bashing her mostly over unsubstantiated **** for well over a year now. Even today after Comey admitted to finding nothing, Trump was out implying that she's guilty anyway.

Yet, with all of that her numbers are incredible with women, blacks, Hispanics, and educated young people.

Trumps only push is with white males (who with each passing election become less and less of a factor) and with uneducated young people.

Once she's in office a lot of the negative hyperbole will simply go away. She's not going to introduce anything near as controversial as Obamacare, and if she actually does a decent job and maintains strong support from minorities, women, and educated folks she'll win a second term if she chooses to run for re-election.

Even with Obamacare Barrack won a second term pretty easily - 332 to 206.

Side note: Obama's approval rating right now is higher than Reagan's was at the same point during his second term. Almost 60% after 8 years as president is almost unheard of. The republican party is simply a mess and it's going to take more than 4 years for them to clean things up.

Especially if Trump stays rebel and vocal after the race is over. Then we might end up with Scott Baio winning the GOP primary in 2020.

They are not hyboles, they are what are known as "allegations."
Saying you have a million ideas is a hyperbole.

Now that that is cleared up, concerning those allegations, legal experts are divided in opinion to whether she is guilty or not.

Allegations along with folks absorbing all of Trump's hyperbole and believing it as factual.

Presidential debate: Donald Trump's great, tremendous, unbelievable penchant for hyperbole

Hmmmm.

Should be charged:
Andrew Napolitano works for Fox.
Michael Mukasey is a member of the Republican party.
Chris White - Don't know anything about him.
Andrew McCarthy is a member of the Republican party.

Shouldn't be charged:
Stephen Vladeck is an award winning legal scholar with no party affiliation.
Anne Tompkins put a Democratic mayor in jail for corruption. She's also an appointy of Obama who won full approval of a GOP majority Senate.
Dan Abrams (Chris White's boss).
Laurie Levenson (no party affiliation) is a law professor who's received commendations from the Attorney General, the FBI, IRS, and the DEA.

They were smearing her years before then. She's been pretty much Public Enemy #1 since the death of Jesus (with a bit of a break to hate Obama).
