Obviously I disagree with the ban on Muslims though.

Duh. Let's not pretend that a good deal of the people who want to ban Muslims think that Muslim is a synonym for Arab though.

I'll assume you are right, though I associate Muslims with Asians due to the ones I have met in my life. But anyone discussing these issues in regards to race (wherever they land on the spectrum) are pretty uninformed.

Probably an American thing. Muslims did 9/11 and we never forgot, just as we were told. I think it's pretty cool how your perspective on the demographics matches reality though.

I've never been too good at Geography. Regardless, they identify as Asian in England.
