No one has actually listed the crimes committed. So no, it hasn't been explained. Lots of folks saying she's a crook, but no-one being specific.

8 GOP led committee hearings = no crimes
Thorough FBI investigation = no crimes
Federal Prosecution review = no crimes
Music Banter sewing circle = she's a crook!
