I was asking to see how you use the term. So why can't it be against other categories of people? Just because only two categories are being definitionally stipulated--"races" and ethnicities?

Dictionary definitions typically specify race and not ethnicity. I'm not saying every single one does that, but they typically do.

If you can present definitive evidence of Donald Trump doing or saying something obviously racist (not pandering, or something that is so close we might as well call it that) that he has said since the start of his campaign, then I'll say he's racist. We went over the rental thing already (there's no evidence that it was an official company policy from Donald Trump to not rent to blacks), and the Pocahontas thing was a knock on Warren using her c claimed-but-questionable Amerindian heritage as a selling point.
