Not only Christianity but Hindus and Sikhs in India and probably about a hundred other religions we haven't even heard of. They're so entrenched in their beliefs, they don't care to look at different points of view. Anyway, demonizing people never really got us anywhere. It didn't work in the Crusades, it's not working with this thing called Jihad, and it won't work now.
