Raising someone in a religious household =/= forcing them to be religious, unless you make them go to church, and participate in other religious activities that they didn't seek out on their own.

How do you approach religion with your kids? if you dont mind me asking.

He just said that his children were being raised Catholic. That kinda implies all those things.

Are you not intolerant of homosexuals? Aren't you teaching your children to be intolerant of homosexuals? Teaching them to think being gay is wrong just because of some fictional book written by over 40 different people over the course of thousands of years?

Why not just raise them to be good people instead of force feeding your dogma onto them? I'm an atheist but didn't preach to either of my kids. I let them find their own way. My son chose God for a while and decided to be Christened when he was like 13. It was in a swimming pool that had been blessed by the local priest.

I have an issue with parents that take away their children's free will. It's no different that the failed high school football dad forcing his kid to practice football all the time in order to fulfill his lost dreams.

Say what? Don shame on you, you just attacked this mans family, as if you know what goes on in his home. Which you don't and even if you did it's none of your damn business. Attacking "bigots" with "bigotry" is ****ing idiotic. This is reverse eye for an eye thinking Don. And you know what they say an eye for an eye leaves the world with only one type of 'bigot'. I love how we are personally attacking each other on our views instead of either trying to rationally sway someone, or engage them in a way that isn't condescending.

Look man I know we ain't agreed at times, but I had to stand up for you here cause that wasn't ****ing cool at all.
