Not really. Calling someone stupid for believing in Christianity is the same as calling someone stupid who doesn't believe in Christianity. You're forgetting to realize that people have their own way of thinking, and if it makes them stupid for thinking that, it's your own opinion to believe that they are actually stupid. It doesn't mean they are actually stupid.

Learn to be accepting of other people's beliefs other than your own, because you come off as a jackass when you don't accept it.

You're taking what I said to an extreme. There's a difference in thinking what you said, and telling someone theyre an idiot for believing in a God. Religion has been open to interpretation for a long time and people are free to interpret it any way they wish. It's based on their own opinion and personal experience with said religion.

I know. I've just seen a lot of people doing the over the top thing lately so I wanted to try it out. I wouldn't call them stupid either, but I wouldn't call them informed and independently thoughtful on the subject of religion. And I think that's the greater point of OH's abrasively phrased post.

You do the over the top thing too.. You called me anti lgbt the other day for no ****ing reason. I am very gay friendly. I just don't want my identity as a woman stripped from me to appease a very small crowd. And there is not a thing wrong with that statement and there are no facts to back it up that that is whats really going down but It's how this **** is making me feel. And my feelings are just as justified as the 1% of people who suddenly have a conflict about where to use the bathroom just ****ing go.
