I agree on all that except for Lovecraft. The other guys whose names aren't Steven King are still good though.

Onto a different subject.

If I was carrying a weapon, got annoyed by people in public, muttered an exasperated "Jesus Christ" to myself, then started firing into the crowd, would it be called Christian terrorism just because I'm white?
