Basically, none of them got a "majority", which is something like 350 seats. Tories got 10 fewer than that and are likely to form a coalition with the Democratic Unionist party. I don't think you would like that party much.

Is the Democratic Unionist party for like working class families and pro unions?

Edit: I looked it up and they are a right wing party so they probably don't line up with those values.

Unionist = support the Union of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. In their case it means keeping NI in the UK.
