Funningly enough I lean right a bit when it comes to economics.

i will put it like this... i am a human being who doesn't pledge allegience to a political party so i have my own thoughts. the vast majority of my opinions on policy would put me in the left. there are really only two major exceptions where i feel like i do deviate from the mainstream liberal consensus. 1) PC bull**** like the leftist inclination for self-censorship 2) foreign policy to a certain extent i also disagree with the way some liberals approach the gun debate... but i don't agree with the NRA either because they make it impossible to clamp down on the black market...i believe the emphasis shouldn't be on which kinds of guns to ban but rather how to stop legal guns from ending up on the black market. tbh in theory i don't even argue that gun bans don't work, because they clearly do in certain countries... however the bottom line is that the bill of rights can't be changed, and the 2nd amendment is in the bill of rights. so without either a really corrupt supreme court or some sort of bloody revolution, we can't ban guns in america. it just is what it is. but besides that... i am a leftist i just have 0 faith in political action in this system so i really don't care who is president. i only want trump to win cause the smear campaigns against him have been so overt and obnoxious and the mainstream media is honestly so much more hate-able than he is so i want to see them rage Quote:

The Second Amendment: A Biography. By Michael Waldman The 2nd is definitely not black and white. Check out the synopsis on Amazon.com I'd provide a link but I don't know how on my tablet.
