Pledges are a promise to support, not a vote in favor of. They will make their final votes after the last state's primary.

There's 5 states today, Hilary will win Louisiana, Bernie should win Maine. The other three are Kansas, Kentucky and Nebraska. We will see.

3 for Democrats, Hillary takes Louisiana and Bernie takes Kansas and Nebraska.

In other words Bernie wins in all white states and loses everywhere else. Hillary has a lockdown on the Black & Hispanic vote plus the superdelegates, so in the coming weeks we should see the Bern fizzle out.

It is not the superdelegates that are causing Bernie to lose overall, but I have to say the whole superdelegates system stinks of top down socialism at its worst.

The idea that average Joe isn't capable of rationally picking the best leader for the party, and that they need to be led by higher up intelligentsia is
fu(kin offensive!!!

I hate the Democratic Party, the Labour Party and all left or left of center parties being run by a bunch of middle class academics, who think they know what's best for the working man and woman. Fu(k the intelligentsia!!!!

Anyways William's rant, all that being said, I'm pro Hillary provided she doesn't get indicted.

Clinton has one 1 non-southern state. States the Republicans will carry in November.

Of the 11 states Clinton has won in my estimation it's very likely only MA, IA will earn electoral college votes for the Democratic nominee.

By the way, I'm sick of saying this but the superdelegate fix is in for Hillary. And the RNC might do the same damn thing to Trump come crunch time. It's not inconceivable that both Trump and Sanders could end up running as independents. And wtf, throw Bloomberg in there, too.

The superdelegates are not the main reason why Bernie Sanders is losing, though it does give Hillary the edge. (despite my somewhat irrational rant above)

The main reason why Sanders is losing is because he cannot attract black or Hispanic voters, Hillary is killing him in this department.

Bernie Sanders could have all the superdelegates on his side and he would still loose major states like South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Nevada, there is no way he will win Florida or California.

In the Republican Primaries capturing the non white vote doesn't matter in the Democratic Primaries its an absolute game changer!

Personally I don't blame them, Hillary is the conservative economic choice, and the first people affected in an economic downturn is the working class, which are traditionally black and Hispanic neighborhoods.

PS I don't bold to be a dick, it just makes it easier for people to read my points.

Clinton has about 1.5 times more pledged delegates and over 21 times the Superdelegates.

Cue someone else excusing this...

I'm not excusing this I think the superdelegates stink, it does as you say, helps ensure that a wall street friendly candidate has an advantage.

The superdelegates concept is however rooted in socialism.

Like I said before the superdelegates isn't why Bernie is losing. He is losing because he can only attract educated white liberal votes, he is getting absolutely destroyed by Clinton in States that have large African American and HIspanic delegates.

Clinton will also easily take Michigan on Tuesday do to Bernie's refusal to support the auto bailout that rescued GM.

I get that but it's impossible to measure the effect it's having on his momentum.

Last night, when they asked about race, Clinton gave a very crafty answer tying it in with her church and supposed faith. Of course, they ate it up. You can't go wrong selling White Jesus to black folk.
