I'm asking because I'm legitimately curious and Google searches didn't help. Aren't super delegates the votes that haven't been strictly decided yet? I was under the assumption that a super delegate can change their vote based on where they want their vote to go at any time and it only matters where the vote is at the end. I know that the delegate votes are set in stone (I think) but what differs from a delegate and a super delegate?
