Semantically it's not gender exclusive, but restrictive abortion rights across the nation come to mind, and that is inherently more of a woman based concern. Also looking at Hillary's campaign, limited parental leave is something that too many women experience (even though that one is most definitely not gender exclusive except in the case of single mothers).
