This. There's issues such as equal pay for equal work, with women making 80 cents on the dollar in many cases. Men and women of course are seen as equal under the law, there are however real world economic disadvantages that women face. |

Mandated vaginal probes before being "allowed" to get an abortion. Putting ridiculous regulations in place so that abortion clinics are forced to close shop. Trying to dismantle Planned Parenthood in every way, shape, and form.
It's not so much women's rights as it is evangelical politicians fixated on doing anything possible to block Roe v Wade.

Oh no, the pay gap. Paul, you know better than to equate correlation and causation. It's pretty simply explained by the statistically different careers paths that women choose. You could say that their career choices are because of a patriarchal culture, but it's pretty unrealistic to think that a politician can have any influence on that.

Bernie was one of the first in the race to bring up minority issues in detail, as well Hillary has a track history of following the polls, you don't know her true diatribe. Not that you can tell for sure with most presidents, but at least Bernie has something of a readable track record. Not to mention, he stood against the wars in Iraq despite the adversity and highlighted the issues that wouldnt get coverage for another decade.
