Bernie is catching up in Iowa, and there is a good chance he will win New Hampshire, but then get blown away in Nevada, and most likely South Carolina. The road to Bernie's success lies in the African American vote, if he can't pry it from Hillary, than he doesn't stand a chance. I don't hold out much hope myself, but it would sure be a shot in the arm to 1%ters if the Presidential race featured Sanders vs Trump. |

Bernie is now ahead in Iowa and New Hampshire. Getting those first two states gives a candidate a really good electability rating. I'm optimistic about Sanders winning.

Actually I like some of Hilary's stands on issues such as Guns, equal rights for women, reproductive rights and choice, keeping the right wing out of office, actually quite a bit. But Bernie is the ONLY candidate that will get big money out of politics, overturn Citizens United, and stay unbeholden to the big banks. That's why I'm saying that, if Hilary is the candidate in November I'd take her over any of the Republican idiots (2008 anybody?) but right now my choice and preference is 100% Bernie.

Semantically it's not gender exclusive, but restrictive abortion rights across the nation come to mind, and that is inherently more of a woman based concern. Also looking at Hillary's campaign, limited parental leave is something that too many women experience (even though that one is most definitely not gender exclusive except in the case of single mothers).

They're considered women's issues here. *shrug* I'd make a case for abortion being a pretty obvious case of a woman's issue though.

Until a man gets pregnant (legitimately, not in some clickbait article), then I think it's quite obtuse to consider it as anything but a women's issue. There is the case of couples of course, a man might be unable to get his girlfriend an abortion for example, but largely it comes down to the woman as far as that particular issue goes.
