Sounds like you're talking about a Libertarian in US vernacular.

EDIT:The only thing I can find is that Liberals are Libertarians that focus a little more on social justice.

I'm pretty much a libertarian on all issues except immigration. Why do we have such lax borders? Too many immigrants drive the minimum wage down, and therefore makes it harder for us American bred citizens to make ends meet. I have an idea: it's called attrition. Make the paper work a little more difficult and stop hiring illegals. They'll go back home in droves.
