I admit I only saw one Republican presidential debate, but I did hear Cruz or Rubio say something to the effect of "Trump wants to round up all Muslims living in America and ship them out". I didn't hear Trump object to this or contradict it, which is why I said what I said. I wonder what he'll do about the no doubt many muslims working in his hotels, casinos, night clubs and within his organisation?

I didn't.
Watching Trump (most politicians actually, but him especially) speak is way too disgusting for me, the short video you posted is about as much as I can bear.
I prefer reading.
Was there some real, tangible indication that his boasting will result in actual policies?
I haven't made up my mind in any way. He seems to be more about shouting, than actually doing stuff, but it could very well be that I'm wrong.
