I admit I only saw one Republican presidential debate, but I did hear Cruz or Rubio say something to the effect of "Trump wants to round up all Muslims living in America and ship them out". I didn't hear Trump object to this or contradict it, which is why I said what I said. I wonder what he'll do about the no doubt many muslims working in his hotels, casinos, night clubs and within his organisation?

As Goofle said, most likely nothing.
Being very populist and not afraid to tell those supposed uncomfortable truths is pretty much all he does.

To be fair, most of that video is discussion and Trump's actual comments make up very little of the video.

I didn't.
Watching Trump (most politicians actually, but him especially) speak is way too disgusting for me, the short video you posted is about as much as I can bear.
I prefer reading.
Was there some real, tangible indication that his boasting will result in actual policies?
I haven't made up my mind in any way. He seems to be more about shouting, than actually doing stuff, but it could very well be that I'm wrong.

I'm gonna backpedal from that a bit, I was being a dick, what I should've said is that every modern society has some level of socialist policy. It's not communism.
