Compared to Microsoft? Yes it is.

Do you have proof that he didn't and wasn't? He got sued for it and then his counter-suit was thrown out of court as a "waste of paper" by the judge. He agreed to settle as long as he didn't have to admit guilt.

That's nothing. A couple hundred rental agents reporting to 40 building managers reporting to maybe 10 senior managers who'd then report to Trump. Considering is was all going down in the same city and time zone would have made it easy.

The fact that the discrimination was happening in so many different buildings makes it even more obvious that Trump had to be aware of it.

If I'm not a member of the KKK but I allow them to hold rallies in my back yard does that not make me pretty guilty by association?

1. Holding Klan rallies on your property is not pragmatic.

2. Klan rallies are not housing discrimination. One is a much more extreme expression of racism than the other, and may be much harder for a pragmatist to accept.

Yeah, it is pretty different. Housing discrimination would directly involve you discriminating against someone on the basis of race.

What does that have to do with racism vs. pragmatism? Unless you're trying to say that not letting a black guy rent an apartment is more racist than holding a Ku Klux Klan rally?

I'm saying that you directly engaging in racial discrimination would make you a racist. Period. Pretty simple.
