Why? I genuinely don't understand what the benefit is of using two different criteria to determine the same outcome. It renders the term meaningless. Aren't you only opening up yourself to being biased or outright wrong?

Only when given a reason to be biased. Given Trumps criteria for what he considers good business and political practice, I have every reason to be biased. I'm also biased with Hillary and I believe she shouldn't be allowed to parade around in politics with the background of being criminally charged.
