Someone please tell me exactly what that means? Which era of America are these folks referring to? The 90s? 80s? 70s? 40s? 1837 thru 1841? Be specific about what that slogan actually means.

I think it's a general feeling of not having to apologize for who we are, of being proud to be an American, of hard work yielding real results without crippling welfare, of getting away from the failed experiment of multiculturalism.
