In my own experience those people love pumping out their chests but when confronted one on one, wilt like spinach.

There use to be a video on Youtube (must have been taken down) of Ted Nugent talking **** at a book signing event until some veteran dude got in his face and challenged his perspective. Ted backed down like a scared first grader about to get pummeled until security stepped in.

Just remember that you were raised by those same people who you call Wonder Bread white people. I was raised by those same people whose political beliefs make me recoil, and while I fully realize how much I disagree with them, I still have to watch myself to make sure I'm not falling into the same mental traps that they do. And these are smart people, probably far smarter than me, so it's not like I'm lording over the mentally deficient. I'm trying to separate what may very well seem like knowledge from what I want to seem like knowledge, if only because it's easier than developing my own opinions.
