No, color doesn't (shouldn't) come into play at all. But when you murder a police officer, you are destroying the system, which is designed to preserve the system. You can say it however you want to, but the system is always designed to preserve the system. And thusly, shooting a police officer has a higher penalty. Roxy is right though, cops stick together. She's wrong in one sense though, lawyers do not. They are blood thirsty, cut throat, law quoting vampires.

Which is why I'm surprised that daddy-o hasn't been charged with a lesser form. Knowingly giving a handgun to someone who is a "little off" could be considered a criminal act. And if you, as his parent, couldn't have figured out he was a "little off" then you need to wake the f*ck up.

I'm offended everybody needs representation.
You guys are just as bad, sliding up on people,making em think your their best friend,bang 25.
I've been part of a probative very probative police investigation, where I've been watched and followed and just when they knew my weak points bang, pull me in with a tape recorder, halfway through they turned the tape back on after me saying listen this fool is gonna kill me.... Nah cops are worse then lawyers.

To a degree you are, yes you have to be able to separate yourself from the job you do yeah?

OK so getting my confession, or statement are part of the job you do, you wouldn't be doing your job if you weren't trying to hustle me. You personally might feel some sorta empathy for me or my situation, yeah but ain't gone stop you from hustlin me to get your job done. You don't bite the hand that signs your checks.

From the stream-of-conscious rant you just posted, it makes it pretty obvious that you have a grudge against the police that's affecting your objectivity. It's understandable if you've been screwed by them in the past, but you seem to be painting them with an unfairly broad brush.
