Warren's not running and Sanders neither has nor thinks he has a chance at winning. He's just there to try to push Hillary to the left - that is, get her on camera pledging to do things that the more liberal wing of the party would like. Clinton is almost certainly the nominee, but Sanders, Martin O'Malley, and potentially Jim Webb are also running. As for the Republicans, I don't
think Bush is going to be nominated, but I think Clinton will probably win the general anyway so I don't know that it matters.
