I think it looks kinda cool. Reminds me of the style of whoever the artist was who illustrated the original 30 Days if Night comics.

EDIT: I was thinking of Ben Templesmith's artwork

Gonna check that one out since the online version seems pretty convenient.

Everyone and their grandma knows capitalism has problems. You don't need Contrapoints to tell you that much: problem is, what do we have that's scalable and provides all the benefits of capitalism to a society but none of the drawbacks? It sure ain't socialism.

My advice would be to check out 1791 and also Political Juice on YouTube: the stuff I've seen from them serves as a nice counterbalance to what I've seen from her channel. At the very least, you come out with a lot more information to utilize.

Even if I buy into the notion that capitalism is the best we have that doesn't make it desirable or defensible. It's a pretty depressing world if we have to live the rest of humanity's existence being manipulated by Coke and Walmart.

Even if capitalism is the best we've got (if...) then I'd like to make an analogy to living in a place where the only water you can drink is polluted. Beats dying of thirst, but...

Most of the problems people have with capitalism would disappear if there were imposed limits on the scalability of any entity. Smaller companies have more constraints and are more interested in innovation and taking care of their people. We don't need any of the Fortune 500 companies: what would be better is if we had something more like the Fortune 3000 where there was more competition and less consolidation. A company could still grow and be very very profitable, but not at the expense of people below the management level. There's a balance somewhere in there (and I've seen it) but it definitely swings too far the wrong way once a company exceeds 20 to 50 million annually.
