I've read it. Very cool story but also pretty conflicting. The differences between the Old and New testaments are mind blowing. But considering the number of years that had past between the writing of them I guess it makes sense.

The Old testament God was a complete and total dick.

Question: With the bible it's 100% or nothing else, right? You can't cherry pick. If you accept some of it you have to accept all of it.

In the beging there was Bob....
Oh you meant for real....Right ok God made man,and God would walk with man everyday in the garden.
Man said ,"Now look here man I'm all about chillen with you but Im lonely when you leave." God said," not a problem let me get dat rib bone"..Bang you have woman.

They have kids eat some fruit and got cast out..This is the first documented seperation bibically speaking of the bond between man and God dissipating,as time progresses you have man not calling out to God,or inviting a relationship with him.Man didnt want God.

You are generalizin. .God wasnt a dick .There was old testment law.And you had to follow it in order to have that rrelationship.Enter Christ and the old testament law became null and void.

Forgive my trip posts Im on lunch break so you get what you get and youll like it.

The most infamous reason forthat Chula is you can't serve two masters.God and the devil.
Do I belive all thats in there no.Because I took THE time to educate myself.
When you understand historically that the bible was written so that one needed a priest to exsplain it tothe masses you start to understand why ppl go at it with blind devotion,Ppl don't change.We are still lazy and some evem still illiterate that" we"stillneed someone more learned then ourselves to exsplain it. The bible was never ever meant to control ppl which is what it has become.But Im a space alien so I read it and interpret it the way Iunderstand itThe problem is keeping ones ego in check Its very easy to make God say what you want him too.
