I would have thought that the motivation behind giving a blow job is what would decide whether one is gay or not, not the actual act of performing it regardless of whether it's on a transgender person or not.

this actually has a lot to do with gender identity and less to do with sexual preference, so I'd say that if you're a cisgendered heterosexual male performing a sexual act on a transgendered female (who identifies as a female, regardless of what's going on in their pants) it's not gay.

Considering we're talking about the POV of the sucker rather than the suckee, it doesn't necessarily matter what the receiver thinks of themselves. If they're a dude>chick, but the giver is attracted to them as a dude, then the BJ is still gay regardless. It's all about what's in the sucker's head.
