The rationalization should not be all three are of equal value so if someone can take a selfie at the Grand Cannon then it's ok for a selfie at a concentration camp. There is a distinction to be made between them. The Grand Cannon was created by nature through erosion, the "Mount Rushmore National Memorial" is a sculpture carved into a mountain top, and Auschwitz (Nazi concentration camp) was created for the mass extermination of human beings.
If was someone's deliberate intention to make light of Auschwitz in a derisive manner it would most definitely be wrong. And if it was done unwittingly in a cavalier manner then it was done in poor taste. I don't think both should draw the same reaction.
I don't know what Princess Breanna was thinking at the time, so I am not incline to judge her too harshly.

I don't get this thread.

The Auschwitz concentration camp is not "famous landmark," it's an "infamous landmark."
