the ones about religion don't apply to me at all, kind of awkward answering them when i don't identify with any sort of spirituality.

fuck it, I give up. this is why I don't really make a habit of talking to people in person either.
Hey man, I'm just sayin, like, stating the obvious. You feel underprivileged (1st post) but don't feel that it's based on your race, sex, gender, class (2nd post). It's all friendly here.

16 out of 100

You’re underprivileged. The world is not a fair or ideal place and you know that because you grew up with several identities that the world is not kind to. You had a lot of challenges to overcome simply to get on a level playing field with most people in the world. It is not your job to educate the world about its injustices, but if you choose to, go ahead and send them this quiz. Hopefully it will help.

I didn't think it would be that low but I am a queer nonbinary mentally ill drug addicted sex worker so I guess that's not surprising

53/100 apparently.

You’re quite privileged. You’ve had a few struggles, but overall your life has been far easier than most. This is not a bad thing, nor is it something to be ashamed of. But you should be aware of your advantages and work to help others who don’t have them. Thank you for checking your privilege.
I thought it would be quite a bit lower actually, considering the kind of conditions I grew up with in a country steeped in communism. I guess that being a straight white male bumps the score up. I've had a couple of good opportunities handed to me. I think if the test was based on socioeconomic or political privilege, my score would have been much lower.

My score was 44:

You’re not privileged at all. You grew up with an intersectional, complicated identity, and life never let you forget it. You’ve had your fair share of struggles, and you’ve worked hard to overcome them. We do not live in an ideal world and you had to learn that the hard way. It is not your responsibility to educate those with more advantages than you, but if you decide you want to, go ahead and send them this quiz. Hopefully it will help.

I guess all of this comes with the caveat of really being "not privileged as far as someone with electricity, access to the internet and the ability to read goes".

Yeah I felt the same with those questions. A few of the points were extremely Westernised and hard to answer I thought. Anyway, as a white middle class straight non-religious person, I thought my score would be higher!

If you really want to know, here's mine.

Spoiler for Privileged Rating:
79. I know I'm privileged, and I try really, really hard to not flaunt it and my parents give half of what they earn away to various venues. I won't lie, it's absolutely awesome being this privileged, but I really do try to not get caught up in it and ignore doing what I can to help others less fortunate than I.
All I buy is music, I try to eat cheap foods as often as possible, but I will admit, it's nice to be able to eat at a fancy restaurant, afford nice clothes, HD cable, high-speed internet...
