Whenever I say people need to be more accountable for themselves I get looked down on.. but you can say it about the establishment and it's okay. This seems unfair.

If everyone was accountable and held others accountable we'd hardly need a government. :D

I mean idk what you think.. you think personal bootstrapping is meaningless, so i assume you also think taking some responsibility in educating yourself is also meaningless. Why do anything for ourselves if systems are in place to enable complacency? If you're happy with not making changes because they are more expensive short term who am I to tell you you're wrong?
