I have a zero tolerance policy for drunk drivers... (which is hypocritical of me because there have been times I have piloted my car, on acid, uppers, downers, screamers, and laughers...I was to wasted to pilot a toaster... but this aint about me... so zip it...) I have stopped all that now though.. I have never liked a drunk driver...I dunno why don't ask me to exsplain it... I just figure, you can always call for a lift... (ssshhh, ah ah ahh...I know! You try dialing when you are trippin balls...it don't work.. )

You should be able to go to dinner and have a bottle of wine without worrying about a DUI. Laws are good but too stringent.

Sure, you can have a bottle of wine in your car if you're taking it somewhere. But you shouldn't be driving if you've just downed the whole thing.

Depends on how long you spent drinking it.

Depends on how much time has gone by.

So everyone thinks that the people in their town are the worst drivers ever. Let me tell you, though, I now officially live in the city with the worst drivers ever. Truly. And I lived in Asia.

This town is Little Rock, AR. People who get annoyed at the following, don't come here:

Constant driving in your blind spot. Blinkers are non-existent. Since they enjoy driving in said blind spot, that means there are always 2 ass holes up front slowing everyone down on the highway. They can't maintain their speed for ****. Sometimes I think no one here really has a destination, they just drive around until they see something interesting to park at. Oh, and they can't park for **** let alone parallel park. At first that was kind of funny, but now I just get supremely annoyed.

Not to mention past 9pm, I see so many swerving cars we may as well be in bumper cars. Just to put in perspective how sad and pathetic the drinking problem is here, we recently had an ice storm. Walk into the store and it is still fully stocked except for 2 things: bread and beer. Both are totally cleared out. Which is funny, too, because bread is freaking perishable...didn't anyone here learn to go for the canned goods if you are going to be out of power for a few days?

I recently visited Indiana (where I used to think people were horrible drivers) and it was seriously like a luxury cruise down the road. People went faster in the fast lane than the slow lane, blinkers abounded, and no fear of some drunk ass hole plowing into me. It was amazing.

Had to vent, sorry.

I enjoyed driving in Puerto Rico. People drive like sociopaths but there is no evidence at all of road rage. You are just expected to drive that way. It was refreshing
