RIGHT? I mean, I'm an atheist and a vegetarian so it doesn't affect me personally but it's just so pointless and unnecessary to slaughter animals inhumanely (since when animals are slaughtered the halal way, it's more humane) to just stoke the egos of islamophobic fuckwits is just so ridiculous that it's almost unbelievable.

Totally pointless as well seeing as muslims are allowed to injest pork if it's forced upon them.

They are but they follow halal when they consume meat, and I highly doubt that those animals were slaughtered humanely, so it's haram if it isn't slaughtered humanely. I just can't imagine why it would be worth it to go through that much effort to do something like this.
