Cliched as it may be, I'd say no: with love understanding and tolerance, none of which the bomber or bombers seem to understand. As Big3's post (glad you're ok by the way, terrible to hear someone in your area died) says: when you meet evil look it in the eye and tell it that it's outnumbered. The only way. Violence breeds violence, perhaps some day love will breed love.

I believe one can't exist without the other. There always needs to be a balance of the two.

I should know better than to accept a news story at face value. There is not an arrest, but the person that left this backpack at the second bombing site
