I know you probably didn't mean for it to sound that way but I always burst out laughing when people use the whole "I have black friends" card as a defense.
I agree with you though that there are indeed black people that are racist.
As far as Jamie Foxx is considered, I don't really think he is though. If he said black people are the only talented people in the world and white people should stop trying then yeah I'd call him racist.
