Default EU bans animal testing! About bloody time!

EU set to ban animal testing for cosmetics forever

Just received an email about this. Couldn't be happier!
Surely in this enlightened age there's no further need to be testing products on animals? Thank god this barbaric practice is finally on the way out!

Oh, thank god! There's no reason we need to be testing on animals.

And how often have those three words gone together?
For once, the EU does what it's supposed to: stand up for the little guy (or in this case, the little cute guy!)

Good to see that when science is at its most advanced, scientific logic is catching up.
Time to apply this in the US & Canada. No need for animal testing; at all.

It is just for cosmetics. Where there definitely is no need for animal testing. So good job.
