Yeah its pretty much that way here too Fred and not just amongst my generation. I dont myself have a problem with saying another dude looks or is cool or something like that. In no way what so ever do I find men attractive or would I use a phrase like "wow he's so handsome" and neither would any guy I know or have contact with. If I was gonna say that anyone was gay or straight these days, I'd say it was based more on romantic attraction than sexual attraction. I might find some attraction in a dude and be able to have a one night stand or something, but I don't think I'd ever be able to have a legitimate, long term relationship with one. There's just not enough attraction there.

I suppose that could be true. But I mean, attraction could grow. Of course, the body wants certain things so I can see where the difficulty would come from. I'm just saying that nowadays it's sort of just a norm to find someone attractive without really thinking about their gender. Maybe i'm wrong.

Eh, I don't know about that. Maybe it's just because I'm from the South (even though I'm from a pretty metropolitan part of the South), but people don't seem to experiment nearly as much as I think they would if homophobia weren't as prevalent as it still is in a lot of places.
