I am, and imo it looks better that way. I don't really care much about it though and I don't plan on ever having children so it's not something I really worry about.

On a side note, almost all of my friends (at least that I'm aware of) aren't snipped and I find that weird considering from what I hear, the majority of people are.

Look up the photographer Joel Peter-Witkin and you'll find all kinds of stuff like that. I think I've used the one where the skeleton is placing his dick on a scale before too.
